Get Skipping!

Brown and black belts who train in the Friday 7pm – 8pm class will be familiar with the benefits of regular skipping as we have been using it as a warm-up in this particular class for some time. Skipping is not only great for conditioning, it also develops the nimble footwork and co-ordination we need as effective fighters.

We have been practising various tempo and syncopation drills with a partner and solo, and everyone is continuing to improve their technique. 

All attending the Friday class should obtain a speed rope as a matter of urgency. Get skipping!
