The first “Early Bird” session of 2008 was a success with ten members in the dojo at 7am! There was a mix of grades with six black belts present and the session was spent studying the following three katas in minute detail:
Heian Nidan;
Bassai Dai;
Jion.
The ten “early birds” were: George Coates; Frank Dennis; Becky Cassapi; Steve Cassapi; Audrius Mikalauskas; Kerry Lee; Martyn Collard; Arthur Hall; Rosemary Hall; Alan Lea.
