The Spring Karate Course takes place in Devon next week. The English Riviera at this time of year is fabulous: usually mild, often sunny, and never crowded!
Training is twice daily with the first session kicking off at 8.00am. The classes are divided up according to grade so nobody is out of their depth. By the end of the week’s training everyone feels fitter, more knowledgeable and greatly inspired!
If the full 5 days is out of the question this year how about 1 or 2? It’s perfectly feasible to book into a local B&B and pay for the training on a daily basis.
It comes highly recommended!
SOUTH NOTTS KARATE 
This is very appealing, Sensei! We are looking at ways of re-jigging our plans to see if we can get there for a couple of days. If not, there’s the Summer Course.
