Charity Bike Ride

I will be cycling the 1,000 miles from John O’ Groats to Land’s End very shortly! Myself and a friend will be setting off on 17 June 2010 and hope to complete the ride within 10 or 11 days. If my maths is correct, that means about 100 miles a day!  I have chosen to raise money for the mental health charity MIND in memory of a lifelong friend who died last year.
